No Refunds/Exchanges:

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us using our contact form or phone us at 226-272-1100 with details of the product and the defect.  You can send the item you consider defective to:

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a refund or a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement or refund, we will replace the product or refund the purchase price, using the original method of payment.

Exceptions

As is standard in the electronics parts industry, we will not accept the occasional defective components often found in bulk lots, however, with the exception of large percentage defects in bulk lots, contact us and we will act to resolve the issue with the supply chain and manufacturers.

Some items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Obsolete/No longer manufactured items
  • Special ordered items
  • Consumable items such as chemicals, soldering tips and supplies, sponges, tapes, solder, wicking products, fluxes, applicators, and any other consumable products.
  • Electronic and electrical parts & components
  • Any spooled, box spooled or bulk unsealed wire and cable products
  • All items sold as “Final Sale”
  • Any items that are sold as “used”, “pulls”, “pulled”, “second(s)”, or any term suggesting “not new”.

Qualified products carrying a warranty honored by HardCore Electronic Supply may be eligible to exception for refund or exchange.  If you have a qualifying product question, please contact us using our contact form or phone us at 226-272-1100.

Refunds do not include any shipping and handling charges shown on the packaging slip or invoice. Shipping charges for all returns must be prepaid and insured by you. You are responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Any amounts refunded will not include the cost of shipping.
